“We met Greta at a wedding fair and we were so impressed by the designs on her cakes and her sugar flowers – we had to double check if they were real! Greta herself was so friendly and helpful and it was clear that she really knew her stuff. We explained what we wanted and she gave us some great advice on how to turn our design into reality. Next, we ordered some samples of her cakes and that really sealed the deal – they tasted delicious! Certainly the best of all we had previously sampled. On the day, Greta delivered the cake and it was perfect – just what we’d requested yet better – it looked and tasted perfect! “I could not have been happier with our wedding cake made by Gauer Cakes.
We asked for a 3 tier cake, the top tier was made of Red velvet, the middle tier sponge cake and the bottom tier chocolate cake.
Everyone said how lovely and moist the cake was, there wasn’t much left by the end of the night.
The cake consisted of purple marble icing with purple flowers. This was a lovely addition to our wedding.
Would highly recommend using Gauer cakes for any occasion!!”
